Multiple Product Orders

A multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Carpetmart.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. The right of order refusal includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be excessive sampling of products with the intent to return the full order.

Other Conditions

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 3-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Orders for local picklup that are held for over 90 days are subject to a 25% holding fee and an additional 25% every 90 days thereafter. After one year any monies paid are forfeited and retained by the company, as well as the goods held.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product when it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 3-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Returns

RUGS

Yes, we will accept returns in original, unused condition within 30 days of your delivery receipt of your item, except for custom, cut, or fabricated items which are not returnable. If you are not sure if an item is custom, please reach out to a customer service agent before ordering. All rug runners sold by the foot are custom cut and non-returnable. All team rugs are custom and not-returnable. Samples are not returnable. Upon receiving the rug back and our inspection, we will issue you a refund in a same form of payment it was purchased. You will be responsible for all return shipment costs. Please note that color variants are not considered a defect with the item and color differences are not covered by a return label. If you refuse a delivery and the shipment is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the return postage charges. Refusing a shipment will delay your refund while we wait to receive the return charges from the shipper. If your refusal results in an area rug returning to a manufacturer you will also be responsible for a 25% restock fee. If you want to exchange a rug on your order you are still responsible for payment of the return shipping. For all returns we ask that you contact our customer service team first to ensure a smooth transaction. Please contact us via email at websupport@carpetmart.com to request a Return Authorization. Shipping (and related charges) your rug back is your responsibility. Return requests received after the 30-day period will not be accepted. Items showing visible usage, wear, staining, etc. will not qualify for a refund.

HARD SURFACE ITEMS

Yes, we will accept returns in original, unused condition within 30 days of your purchase, except for open boxes, custom cut or fabricated items, or items marked final sale or sold as is. Samples are not returnable. Nubrisa Mosaics are non-returnable. Upon receiving the product back and our inspection, we will issue you a refund in the same form of payment as the purchase. Tile, stone, wood, laminate, and LVT products are returnable at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50%. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization number. Shipping and other charges for sending the product back are your responsibility.

Shipping Time -- Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We use UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for standard size items. For Oversize or Overweight items we use freight carrier. If the item you ordered is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you with approximate shipping date.

Taxes

Taxes are not charged on orders except in California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and South Carolina. Tax amounts charged are local taxes for your residential area. PA residents are charged 6% sales tax, Philadelphia residents (if shipped within city limits) are charged 8%.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Carpetmart shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Carpetmart shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged or not. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Carpetmart shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the price paid. This also extends to price differneces that may appear from in-store to online.
